I can not unfortunately since I'm in Mississauga but if you were an usher or goal judge or anything like that would you not be watching the game?

They're not looking for goal judges or anything like that - that's all league employees. What they're looking for is people to help serve the fans. Servers, ushers, etc.. would all be down below and in the walkway areas.

I WISH I could get a job that paid me to watch the games though! :D

DOH!!! You're right Ref. I'm blind.

I still think I'd rather be in a seat being able to cheer. :) Plus there's too much responsibility being a goal judge or time keeper. How many games have we seen where there's a discripency (sp?) on the clock and people are ready to hang the time keeper for taking so long to get the right time up there. Penalty box attendant might be fun. Accidentally fumble with the door a couple seconds before letting the away guy back on the ice... lace the water bottles on the away side with valium... mumble profanities to him under your breath to get him agitated... :D

Out of those, penalty box attendant is the best. You basically do nothing but open and close the door which means you get to watch the game.
