Hmm - a bit strange. I thought tickets were going to be $14 for ends $15 middle for single tickets?
By my math, 12x$15= $180 (12 ticket flex)
and 6x$15 = $90 (6 ticket - it's actually CHEAPER to just by individual tickets!!)
... unless they've jacked up the prices from what I was originally quoted.
Anyway, I'll try and get down there tomorrow and by tickets for the first 6 games and get the whole story on why the prices are actually more to buy in bulk.

AlphaDog, that is what I originally thought as well. However, that is the per game price if you buy season tickets. The flex packs are a little more and the individual ticket prices will be even higher.

Are you sure? If I remember correctly, my first query to the Dogs staff about ticket prices, they said regular season games (individual tickets) would be $14 for the ends, $15 for the middle section. (and I think season tickets were $399 for ends, $499 for mids).
Hopefully I'll find out tomorrow. I have to figure out the schedule of my brother and his wife so see if they want to come to any games...
I'll probably end up going to all the games alone - it's too hard to figure out everyone's schedules far in advance to see if someone can make it to a game with you a month down the road.

I was told that premium seats RED's would $16 and Blue's would be $15.
When doing the math for season tickets.... it works out to be a little cheaper. 36 home including pre-season games @[NO EMAIL POSTING ALLOWED] $13.86 for Reds. $13.19 for blues. Not a big difference, and in that arena it really doesn't matter where you sit, you get a half decent view.
Let me know what they say when you call them, as I too am planning to go and get 2 flex packs.:D

Eh I still think Season Tickets are the way to go.

<!--StartFragment -->Yah, but what if you want to go to a game with someone? You're stuck in your season ticket seat, they're somewhere else in the arena in their individual game seat. You can't sit with them.

Most teams will allow you to trade in your season ticket and then purchase 2 together.

That would be great - but then wouldn't they be loosing a seat? (the original season ticket seat which you're not sitting in)

No, since they can then re-sell your season ticket to someone else as a regular seat. That is the way it works in Kingston anyways.

Dang, they never said anything about that when I told them the reason I wasn't giong to go with season tickets. I specifically told them the only reason was because I wouldn't be able to sit with friends when I went to a game with someone, and they said they understood my predicament.
Now I wish I had got my season tickets. Oh well, still lotsa good seating left.

We can buy individual seats right now, so im going to buy extra seats right beside us before they go on sale for a few games. Might even buy some Oshawa ones and sell them.

Seeing as I am NOT a season ticket holder, does anyone know when I roughly will be able to buy advanced opening night tickets??

You can buy them now if you get a 6 or 12 ticket package ("Flex Pack").

If I get a flex pack that only guarantees me one seat for myself right??

Yah - there's no way to get another seat at a later date and have it be next to yours (that's why I didn't get season tickets).
Of course you can get 2 or 3 or whatever # of tickets all for one game, and they'll be together.
