I love Niagara - close to Toronto without being IN Toronto, close to the border, close the Falls which has lots going on in the summer, Niagara on the Lake Old Towne, etc... and you can't beat the warm(er) weather in the winter!

Is it just me, or does the last post in this thread keep showing up in "New Posts" ?? The last thread was one by GoDogsGo, it kept showing up as new periodically, so eventually I deleted it to see if that would fix things. Now the last post (also by GoDogsGo) is showing up as a New Post! It's dated as today, but the last post previous to it was over a MONTH before that, and this is an OLD thread so I'm guessing he never posted something to it today.

St Catharines is where it's at.
I have no complaints about the city except for there only being one cinema.
Other than that.. I love going to the Dogs games. That pretty much makes up for it.

started hearing the games when Phil Hendrie was preempted and then came over to check them out...wanna see more goal footage though on youtube or something. even though I hear the games on CKTB 610, i'd love to see some of the recaps.

they do pretty good at casting the games but i'd love to see video hi-lites!!

I selected St. Catharines because I go to Brock but my hometown is Mississauga. Screw the Majors, I'm a 'Dogs fan! I am REALLY interested in seeing the turnout on Nov. 2nd. I think it might be a sell out.... for Niagara.

Yah, unfortunately. I've told the company that writes this script to include it in an update where administrators can set it up so people vote and it doesn't turn it into a new msg unless someone posts in the thread.

I'll probably just lock all the old poll threads at the end of the season so people dn't keep votng on them (but some of the votes, I actually want to keep on-going, so I dunno)

I witnessed the enthusiasm many teams have lost over the years. I have worked hard the last 9 years trying to rebuild the fever I was told used to be in our barn the years I was gone working away from home, 1972-2008.
I really hope I can be an influence, of any kind, to keep going what I experienced in your barn that day my beloved Wolves played you.

I made many friends and a long term rivalry that I hope will continue forever was begun.
