Well, I do have to admit that my coconut's aren't of adequate size to kneel directly in front of a 96 mph frozen rubber puck, with only netting protecting me!!

So my hat's off to Tim! :cheers2:

Its a fuji FinePix S800. Its not a DSLR but I am pretty happy with the quality of the pictures. It definitely is a step up from the old HP camera I was using during the first half of the season.

Rick the one of DeSousa in the air is awesome, I missed the airborne shot, got him taking off the ice, and landing ready to shoot, but missed him in the air. Thats what happens when its only your third time using your new camera and your expecting the delay of a Point and Shoot I guess lol :D

The 55-200 is a 1:4-5.6
The 25-80 1:3.3-5.6
and the 18-55 1:3.5-5.6

Hehe, you did a fine job pup.

It was probably giving you size warnings because they were in original resolution from the camera. It's best to resize them down to about 1024 pixels wide maximum.

THanks for the shots! (I put them online giving full credit of course)

No, but I'd like to give it a shot!!! :w00t: Swift was captain for his team, and Legein was captain for his team. Furthermore, he also has a tattoo over his heart of a crown above his last name: King Legein!! So that's why the K for Kaptain. Seems to make sense to me, but please feel free to give another explanation!!

Thats dead on. On the Black team's bench they were talking about it, Legein was the Captain of the White team so he used hockey tape to put the K on for Kaptain.

I took 2 of my young kids (aged 8 and 5) to the Ice Dogs Family Day event in February. We had the best time ever.

My kids were excited about the autograph session that followed after the skills comp. We had some stuff to get signed and they were anxious to meet the players.

I was TOTALLY BLOWN away by the professional, courteous and gentleman-like behaviour of our Ice Dogs. All these young men treated my kids like gold. Special kudos to Legein, Swift, Sanderson, Lobsinger and Petro for answering my kid's questions and comments. We are blessed to have not only an awesome hockey club but an amazing bunch of young men on it. Their attitudes and dedication to the game have made me an even bigger fan.

Those ones with your son and legin and swifty are awsome. My favorite all time pictures are ones I have taking a faceoff with brian fogerty and another one with Steve staois. Your son will love those pictures in years to come! The one with your daughter and son(pic 5) watching legin and tracitto is also a very nice one. Its great that you guys had fun.

i am a big Legein fan and i know he will have a successful NHL career so i wanted a picture of him and my son, Lucas together. Plus my son also admires Swifty.
All the players were great with my kids during the autograph line up. I had to laugh when my son asked Tracchito "Caputi can u sign this?"
We have some superstar material here this season- Legein, Petro, Caputi, Corrente- all bound for solid NHL careers.
