View Full Version : Ouch! I just got in trouble from the Dogs - read: Regarding Videos

I never even thought of this before posting.. but I was politely asked by the IceDogs to remove the video of their training camp from the main page. It was only a clip a couple mintues long, but video like that could show other teams the Dogs' strategies, which of course we don't want.

So anyone submitting video in to IceDogFans - your videos are welcome, but NOT practice/training videos. Exhibition game footage ONLY.

Hehe, I didn't even think. But then again, the Leafs sometimes show pretty much their entire practices during training camp and throughout the season right on LeafsTV. But I'm here to support the team, so I have no problem with compliance.

That's a bit much for them to tell you to take it down IMHO.:rolleyes:

Like the other poster said the Leafs show their practises.

Doesn't make sense to me at all, if any team in the OHL or anywhere else was trying to get video of the IceDogs practises then they would just come to the arena themselves and take their own video.

Oh well, for sake of supporting the team with this fan site, then it is best to remove it.

we will all just post more GAME videos this season :)

Haha, I never thought of that. It wasn't a closed-to-the-public camp so anyone could go watch.

But Jon seems like a good guy and the last thing I want to do, just starting out, is to get on anyone's bad side.
