I'm trying to reduce the amount of hourly time this site takes up each day (probably 2hrs min each day, 5+hrs on game days) which as you all know is turning me into a troll (or other bad words can be used).

I don't want to be like that anymore...

What I REALLY need is someone who

- can produce video clips like the ones I make of the games
- can help do web updates on the main www site, adding the videos, pictures, links on the main page, etc.

Basically for the clips/pictures part - if you know how to make clips then you know you've got the experience. You'd need to go through all the game footage, pull out goals and put them into compilations, pull out the fights and do those (those are the most downloaded believe it or not), and other news about the Dogs that happen son TV and radio throughout the year.

FOr the pictures, all the pictures posted by people here in the forums need to go up, because at the end of each year I need to delete them from the forum because it makes the forum dbase way too large. You will need to resize them, rename them all so that they're in lower case, to the naming format that is used (just see www.icedogfans.com/pictures (http://www.icedogfans.com/pictures) and look at the filenames).

For the main page updates, any good news article or message thread that's on here needs to go up. I can still do a lot of that, and of course share the jobs of the videos/picture updates. I can still probably do 75% of it but if someone can pick up the rest, it would REALLY help me out.

All you need is web experience, the site doesn't have any special scripting - Frontpage or DreamWeaver using FTP protocol to updates would work just fine.

I will still handle doing all the site backups, forum backups, etc... as well as all the tech stuff like msg pruning, recompiling, etc...

But if we had 2 people with web updating experience, one could help do the pictures, one could help with main page. I'd still carry the brunt of the load, but I just really need help.

And of course, I'd still pay 100% of the costs of the server, scripts, script updates, script tech support tickets, and anything else. I'm not looking for money handouts! Hehe, just someone to share the time and energy of running the site day to day.
