Does anyone remember the following?

About 10 years ago, there was a crazy situaton in Windsor when some player chased an opposing player around the ice attempting to pick a fight. If I remember correctly, he was actually skating after this kid and it almost seemed like a joke from some movie. Does anyone remember the guy's name? He got a huge suspension.
