Holy Mackinaw! I have to agree that is the worst goal in NHL history. Sometimes those bouncing pucks can be hard to catch though but all you really have to do is get your body in front of it.

One thing to remember (Leafs fans and Leafs haters), this could happen to anyone at anytime. I am sure we would be all over Habsfan if Price let in something like that or you guys would be making jokes at my expense if Backstrom let one in like this for Minnesota.

TWICE!!! Once was a shot from behind the blue line (on the OTHER side of the blue line), then another (was it same game!?) was from the RED LINE!

Don't want to curse anything, but Murray from the Rangers (now from Kingston) let in a softie like that in the playoffs last year, and Kitchener's series took an immediate downturn.

Lets not forget that bad goal Marc Andre-Fluery let in for Canada against the US in the WJC a few years ago... not as bad as the long goal tonight, but still a bad goal in its own right.

And Fleury's goal was him shooting it and hitting a pair of shinpads, as opposed to a softie goal from a shot, but yeah, still pretty bad.
