Ok, Cogeco has decided it seems to not list anything on their on-screen guide for ch. 10 (just says "To be announced" for everything - only for that channel).
So is tomorrow night's game on ch.10 or ch.438 on the Super Sports Package?
All the other OHL channels have what games are listed, but ch. 438 just says "OHL Live!" for the 7:30pm slot, so I'm guessing that will be where the Niagara/Mississauga game is going.
But I'm going to be AT the game and need to know what channel to record! I'll have to call them tomorrow and see if they know...
If anyone else's ch.10 is showing the listings, is the game listed at 7:30??

same here... TBA
On the dogs website it says that it will be on TVCogeco...so maybe it will be on both... the SSP and ch 10....

(I'm just cutting and pasting this from the main page)
SEP.21 - TV COVERAGE: Cogeco has supplied a quick reply to the game's coverage tonight (see "TV BROADCAST QUESTIONS" below for more on this). Tonight's game vs. Mississauga will be shown on both ch.10 (local cable) *and* the Super Sports Package (subscription required) on ch. 438. Both are live broadcasts.
SEP.21 - EXTRA COGECO BROADCAST ADDED TO SCHEDULE: Cogeco will be showing the Sep.28 game vs. Ottawa @[NO EMAIL POSTING ALLOWED] 9pm that night (delayed due to a provincial debate). This is not in most online listings, so write this down!

Does anybody know if Cogeco will replay the game? My VCR is down so I have no way of recording the live broadcast.

Talk about timing...
Did you read the comment in the Toronto Star that Rudy Pilous made about 20 years ago?
"The people in this town," Pilous said, "wouldn't pay five bucks to see Christ ride up on a jackass!"Well...I just got back from buying tickets at the Pen Centre for Sunday's game. While waiting in line, I overheard a couple of guys nearby (looked to be in their 50's) commenting on ticket prices.
One of them said to the other..."Why would anyone spend any $$$ on tickets when you can see it on TV for free?"
These are the type of people Pilous was referring to back in the 80's. I can't tell you what I wanted to say to those guys as it would likely get me tossed from this forum.
I hope for our sake that these individuals are not the norm anymore and Cogeco will continue to broadcast the games on channel 10.

I plan on recording the game on my dvr and then making an edited DVD copy later (sans commercials).
If you really need a copy for yourself, I'm sure we could work something out. Just PM me if you need to.

Haha, it's not because those type of people are cheap - it's because
1: They've never BEEN to a game and have never experienced live-game atmosphere, and...
2: They're too lazy to leave their living rooms to go to the arena.
We don't need or even WANT fans like that anyway!

You are absolutely right, Alpha! I would much rather have people that want to be at the game, enjoy the atmosphere and cheer on our team.
