Well the day of the home opener has finally arrived. We finally get to see the guys in NIAGARA IceDogs sweaters!

What time is everyone going to get to the dog house tonight? Is anyone going to be there at 5:30 for the unveiling of the new sign?

In another thread, there was some discussion about meeting before the game near the beer vendor to say hello to each other.... put some faces to names. I am up for it! Would like to meet the other members of the site.

Its going to be a great season. A great year to be a Dogs fan!!

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend the unveiling of the new sign because I don't get off of work till 5:30.

I have just gathered my four tickets for tonite, and I am excited!!
The other three people that I am bringing with me have never been to an OHL game and I am hoping to make three new IceDogs & OHL fans out of them tonite.

I am off to work now for what will probably be the longest work day of the year for me :D

I wont be able to attend the sign unveiling...but will try to get out there early this morning and see whats going on...

heading down to the arena in 1/2 hr to park the car.... i know it'll be cookoo down there.. get a decent spot in the lot i hope. Then the wife shuttle will drop us off....

No, we arent bringing any signs. We will be carrying enough without having to carry a sign or two. Besides I am hoping that the Dogs will be giving something out to everyone that comes to the game. I only have so many hands lol

Out of all the people I know (hockey fan types) that I tried to get to come to this game, I could only get 2 to commit. Pathetic.:(

well got a real good spot... out front...beside the icedogs suv's... wow staff are hussling about in there bigtime... new sign looks good....nice size... all covered in red cloth for 530.... but looked upclose and looks nice.
