On behalf of Mathew Maione's family we would like to take this opportunity to thank the ice dog fans for all their support in the last 2 years. We will miss the energy and all the excitement that was reflected during the home games. Mathew always refered to St Catharines as his home. He will truly miss everyone, especially his second parents (the billets) Rob and Veronica Feed.

and lets not forget BIG Marcos!!!!

In life there are very few people that love what they do and do it with all there heart. Mathew truly loves and respects the game! I should know as I have watched him play since he was 6 years old.

I wish him all the best with his new team in Guelph!!:thumbsup:

Good luck Matthew. I had the pleasure of meeting him in year 1. He was one of the first players I met in person. I'm not sure what Dave Brown's plans are but he seems to be active lately in the area of the blue line guys. I hope Matthew continues loving the game as much as he ever has.
