When you view posts that contain videos, you should download them to your computer first then view them from there. This will allow you to see the video more smoothly, and it also gives you a copy of it to view whenever you want.
To download them, instead of left-clicking the link to the video, RIGHT-CLICK on it, then select "Save Target as" to save the video to your computer.
You might even want to create your own directory to store all the videos in and create a video archive of your own!
