Haha, still paying for Belfour. What a bunch of dolts their management are.

As I posted on the Bullies site: It costs a lot of us a full week's pay to get half decent seats and take our families to see these guys play one night. But in that one night, a lot of the Leafs make more than many of us make IN A YEAR.

In terms of games played, Sundin makes over $67,000US per game.

This cap is killing us. I mean, we hardly had a chance before with the crappy management, but at least we could try and BUY a good team to make up for our bad choices and inability to build a team from youth.

The Leafs WILL NOT have a chance of winning the Cup until the *entire operation* is controlled/owned by an actual LEAF FAN.

When the money's flowing in to ownership that see's $'s as the bottom line, there's no incentive to change anything. Why would they clean house with management if they're making lots of money with the way things are now?

Get used to bouncing around 10th-6th spot guys and gals, that's the team we're going to be stuck with for a LOOONG time. THis team needs to be re-done from the TOP-DOWN, not by adjusting roster spots a little here and there. All they've been doing the last 5 yrs is sticking bandaids on it.

$40M allocated next year to these same players that aren't winning now. Doesn't leave a lot of cap space for changing things around.
