After the two scandals, no one is going to want to hire them in the OHL and the two year minimum prohibition will only decrease their viability. If I was a savvy business person, I'd negotiate the fine away in exchange for a lifetime ban, then give them $75K each. The outcome would be the same but I'd be paying my kids instead of the OHL.
