Andrew Shaw has been suspended three games and had Mike Smith been hurt, he would have missed the remainder of the Chicago Blackhawks' first series. This suspension is mind-boggling considering Shaw's status in the league.

Speaking of Chicago v Phoenix, how must that feel for the Blackhawks to be playing against a team that's owned by the NHL? If the League-owned Coyotes win the Stanley Cup(Heaven forbid), who does the Bettmeister hand the Cup to? Does he put his own name on the Cup as the team owner?
As far as DET\NSH, does anybody want to play the Predators right now? Talk about a scary-talented, speedy team..
