Daniil Gushchin is one of the more interesting 2020 draft-eligible prospects. Gushchin is not one of the biggest players on the ice, however, he is always one of the most dangerous. The sneaky right-winger uses a mixture of his speed and hands to find open spaces and create scoring chances for himself and his teammates.

Gushchin is a potentially elite talent — he’s good enough to be ranked 51st by Future Considerations and 54th by Elite Prospects. Plenty of scouts will refer to him as a potential top-six winger.

Looks like OHL Insider nailed his prediction on the Ice Dogs pick once again. a 5'8" winger who apparently ranked at 39th for the NHL draft. I could have the ranking number wrong though. Oops, proven wrong already LOL

Danil Gushchin is no guarantee for OHL Niagara; the 2020 NHL prospect is also weighing options in Finland. Gushchin played for USHL Muskegon this season and is a top-40 talent
