As per OHL insider that Bradey Johnson has been traded to Hamilton ... Not stated what the return is yet

I’m guessing a late pick or two given the fact that they “waived him” and he wouldn’t be on the team Thursday anyway (hope I’m wrong and it’s better)

Any draft pick rather then just releasing him and getting nothing back is good with me.

it turns out that it is a 15th round pick in 2022. Still better than zero.

Fifteen round pick 2022 for Johnson I guess it better than nothing.

An average OA player does not fetch as much as people think. Unless there is a team that sees more to the player than his original team, or who has a special niche for him to fill (can you say Carbonara), there is a glut of those type of players. There is nothing wrong with Brady Johnson, he played well, did his job and showed up each night. I'd buy him a beer and even let him drink it. But, face facts - in the grand scheme of things he was average or slightly above. When OHL teams can only host a limited number of OAs then average isn't going to do it. A close to present day fifteenth round pick is a tip of the hat acknowledging he was liked by both teams.

On another note, I may not have to buy a jersey this year and perhaps that "A" becomes permanent for Ollie?

Let me just say I was today years old when I found out the OHL Draft had fifteen rounds..
For this 15th round pick, I’m not even counting points, just games played. For the O/U that will tip the scales in the Dogs’ favour on this trade, I’ll set it at 5. If this 15th-rounder plays 5 or more games for the Dogs, Dogs win this trade

Blake Siebenaler was a fifteenth round pick wasn’t he ?

It’s a dart to throw at the board

Just googled the Carbonara trade unfortunately ...

OMG we paid a fourth round pick for Adrian Carbonara?

What a joke lol
