Do any Icedogs get drafted this year in the NHL.

With all due respect, I will be very surprised if anyone of our players get drafted. If some do, it would be late in the draft. 6th or 7th round. Hope that I am wrong.

Mitchell Theoret was a seventh round pick and that one goalie my mind is drawing a blank right now oh ya Brent Moran was a sixth round pick. Both were probably based upon viewings by scouts on good playoff performances .

I think Fimis or Castle would be worth a seventh round flyer. Both of them are far more talented than Theoret or Moran were. I just wonder if the one year of development time missed by OHL players will be kind of held against them and not see them get drafted.

I suspect this may be a year with an unusually low number of OHL players drafted.

He was just on the Niagara Sports Report a few weeks back. Definitely a full-time caddy on the PGA Tour with one of the Canadian tour players who's name escapes me right now.
