The good news is the Central division looks to be the weakest division. I don't see Kingston winning many games in their division playing against Ottawa,Oshawa and the Pete's. If the Dogs can rack up some points before the trade deadline then I think they can place ahead of North Bay for the final playoff spot..... ..8.Niagara, 9 North Bay, 10 Kingston

North Bay should have traded Brazeau last year. Could have gotten a good young impact player for this year and picks. Might have helped the Battalion sneak into the playoffs this year while helping with the rebuild.

Ya I mean I probably can’t even be all that negative on this year I mean it’s expected it would happen ...

In the first game IMO there was one player who clearly didn’t belong in the OHL ... won’t name who he was ... guessing when Thomas is back he will be gone.

Basically I want to see this year
Competitive games
Development from youth
Respect from bb to the officials

What I don’t want to see
Playing vets over rookies
Failing to trade anything decent for the future
A trade to acquire a vet for a ‘playoff experience’ addition a la Militec

Personally, I didn't watch the game, kinda hard to debate the merits based on the score.

Well in game one

Basically three of the dogs goals that were scored were very weak goals allowed ... like Brent Moran weak.

So really you are looking at possibly a 3-2 loss if the wolves still had UPL between the pipes.

Don’t get me wrong the Dogs played pretty well .... but they benefited from three weak goals allowed
