Assuming the return to play is a 20+ game bubble tournament in April and May – the tradeable assets listed in POST #1 do not apply anymore. Under this format, teams will not be trading away valuable assets normally required to acquire a high-end talent, just for a series of fan-less games. Teams, such as Sudbury (e.g., Q. Byfield), will keep their elite players instead of trading them for "pennies on the dollar".
If the players in the Eastern Conference that can return, do return (e.g., Tomasino, Byfield, Harley, Kalyiev + all listed IMPORTS), here is an early attempt at the power rankings (POST #3).
