Forces teams to take a "second look" and gives a bunch of boys the chance to say they were drafted into the OHL.

All this talk about the U18 draft and no thread about the 16 year old draft which annually is usually a big deal on this site. First round pick is a 5'7" defenceman who apparently is really talented offensively. I still have memories of the first round Hiddinck selection. No guarantees, you never know how these players are going to work out.
