Agreed but would have a one year younger goalie than Flores and additional picks inThe cupboard. Flores performance although on a crappy team I think has shown us DeCrashTestDummy got beaten on (another) trade.

Oh wait a minute he probably would have just traded those picks eventually

So we basically would have a younger goalie which probably would have been a good thing

You wouldn’t still have those picks you used on Flores cause he already showed up before Joey left the only thing you would have if Joey was still here is an idea of who your two goalies are next year

They probably brought Flores in with the idea they were trading one of Rozy or Joey

He is dumb but he is not dumb enough to not know that you do not need three goalies of that pedigree at this level

So I am sure Flores was brought in with him expecting to trade one of the other two

So in my alternate universe if he had decided to keep Joey he would not have trade for a Flores

Ergo he would have those picks
