With 2 picks in each of the first 3 rounds next year and 2 high picks in the import draft, the team could rebound significantly if all 8 turn out to be bonified top end players.
Of course, that would take a good scouting staff to find and evaluate them and an intelligent GM to act on it. My guess is that our GM Monty Hall will piss away at least half of these picks trying to fix it NOW on player(s) that will not pan out. Translation, I am not expecting improvement any time soon.
