Icedogs Deleted Their Twitter Account?

I usually get a lot of my news through the Icedogs Twitter account. However when I try to access it, it now says that account does not exist. Did they delete their Twitter account? Perhaps they didn’t like the criticism in the comments under their posts. In an age when most teams use social media as an important marketing tool, I can’t believe the Icedogs would stop using Twitter.

Even the link on their website doesn't work. I'm sure there's a logical explanation(or not). My guess is it's probably got something to do with saving $$$$$$.

Maybe they can get one of the boys to look after the account for a grilled cheese sandwich every road trip?

From what I'm seeing, it looks like the IceDogs have iced their Twitter account. However, the account for The Dog Pound Podcast notes that the account was locked due to a verification discrepancy and the team was working with Twitter, which has a 3 step verification process for getting it back. Someone quipped that "Apparently they didn't trade their social media team for a 3rd..."

Seeing this from afar(well, Buffalo)I have to say: What a mess this team has become. And THEY put in a bid for the '24 Memorial Cup? If I was on the selection committee, I wouldn't vote to give it to Niagara. Not a CHANCE.

As big of a mess it was the last couple of years under the Burke ownership ?. It is hard to imagine that they could be an even bigger mess, and yet they are

The fact he has submitted a bid for the MemCup is just the cherry on top of this joke of a season.

If somehow some way he ends up winning the MemCup bid then you will know he overpaid large for the rights

Of the 4 teams that have put in bids...if I HAD to rank them, I'd put them in this order: 1. Kingston 2. Soo 3. Saginaw 4. Niagara.
