The rumor was $1M... I am sure if he opened another restaurant the franchise fee on it would be the same, so just a drop in the bucket for Gretzky. If the ownership clause got murky I am sure he could sell his share quickly even at a loss.

Why even bother to tell us that Gretzky is a minority investor if they are not going to leverage his name to sell tickets. That is what puzzles me.

I fully expected that he would show up to one game and drop the puck, take some pictures and stuff. Yet, here we are half way thru the season and nothing.

I simply cannot be bothered to go tonight (again)

I think this is the third game now this season where I have had tickets but I could not be bothered to go to the game

I have never been so uninterested in this team, at any point in my fandom of the Icedogs

Not sure where else to post this, but this was the first game I saw the end of the warm up. Are the teams getting lazier? I thought the rookies used to clean up the pucks after the warm up. Tonight I watched the ice crew pick up both teams pucks.
