Just saw the high light of the OT GWG
the green jacket wearer Leblanc with absolutely putrid defense on the two on one. Embarrassingly bad effort to block the pass across him on the 2 on 1. He has got to be one of the worst defensemen we I?ve ever had on this team No wonder he is now -49 he is so frigging bad But in the genius GMs mind he thought him and his almost as bad brother had skill oozing out of their ears when he overpaid for them The Rangers are probably still talking about that fleece job And there is the problem with this team which will never be solved until this dummy is no longer GM. He cannot evaluate skill. Maybe he thought he was trying to acquire these Leblanc bozos for his JrB teams because that is the skill level they both have IMO Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Not quite. There is always the prospect that the current owner sells his Niagara franchise after buying the newly created Brantford franchise when Hamilton returns home.

It was only a matter of time. He is positionally sound, shoots the puck, can skate (yes even backwards J. LeBlanc), and he challenges players. If he was 20lbs heavier or played forward he would have even more goals.

Yes it is certainly sad to see what has become of a franchise that has produced so many great moments for an incredibly loyal fan base. The current ownership/management group is clearly an unmitigated disaster. The franchise is now the joke of the league. However what is more disturbing and upsetting is the incessant personal attacks on the KIDS on this team on this forum. Yes KIDS. They are not over paid millionaires that are dogging it on a nightly basis. Bashing the ownership is very much deserved but the continuing personal attacks on these KIDS is so unwarranted and classless. You don’t like the product…fine. Stop coming, but show some decency and respect to the kids and their families.

I think you are confusing a personal attack for being critical of their ability. If someone said a player was ugly, that would be a personal attack. If someone said a player had difficulty skating backwards, that is a critique. Last time I checked it was only the FB site that doesn't allow critiques.

I have not seen any personal attacks on kids on this group so I am not sure what you are talking about. It is fair game to critique a players ability especially when you compare it to the cost the dummy paid to acquire such players. The numbers and performance on the ice do not lie. Many of the players he acquired a simply not good players at this level. They are 1000000000000 times better hockey players than I will ever be or ever have been. But at this level IMO they are below average players who were acquired at excessive cost. Saying someone is a below average player or not very good or pointing out mistakes they have made or poor plays or displayed poor effort on the ice is not personal attacks IMO Do not worry many people on here will not be attending next year (Nicedawg et ) or will be attending less games (me) next year. If I want to see a clown show (referring to the management of this team) I will go to the circus. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I do cringe a little bit when we call out the players by name. However, if they are able to become a full time pro athlete they will need to get a thick skin with regards to fan criticism.
