Sitting alone also tells us something about his character. He likely has 'done it alone' in creating his past success & has not known how to create a team approach where that is a mandatory requirement in this kind of business.
He has to be thinking that this year of 'promise' has been an unmitigated disaster for all 3 of his teams, no?

Maybe he will consult with his partner, #99, to try another approach next year?

If they could actually make two consecutive passes, if the leblancs could go a shift or so without a turnover or horrible pass, or a rush right into three defensive players, if Copeland was not floating around out there, if Hull and Klein were not on this team, if there was some young talent out there to watch, other than He, who has kinda looked unimpressive lately (I know he is sixteen), and be hopeful for, if he would not have made 1000 trades, I would be a much more engaged fan wth hope for the future. I have no hope with this team.

There is just so little / nothing to be excited about for next year, and, now going on three years of brutal hockey, I simply am not interested anymore. I am a diehard OHL and hockey fan. I know the cycle. We are not in a cycle. We are a car with worn out tires trying to drive on an icy road. There is a reason I do not go to see Jr B hockey. I cannot be bothered to watch Jr B hockey played at the Jr A level

And as long as this clown is in charge I do not see it changing.

I miss the excitement of late season games having meaning, of crazy fans banging drums above Stan Butlers head, the roar of the crowd after a huge playoff goal or hit or dare I say even fight, driving home after a game with my ears ringing like I have been to a rock show in a small club. All of these memories are in the rear view mirror and fading fast. And I do not see them on the horizon again any time soon.

It is too bad that this clown has ruined hockey at this level for me and for many other die hard fans in this region.

Was that dummy even in the building tonight when the billets were announced? I did not see him in the owners box tonight although I will admit I cannot see too well without my
Glasses on lol

I feel the same way. Three years in a row with no playoffs is crazy. I understand us not making the playoffs last season as we were the youngest team. This season we are much older and there is no excuse for not making the playoffs. I wonder if we will ever have a season where we have more wins than losses. I doubt it. We will never be successful with this owner.

Hey just realized. Not only did I not have to buy playoff tickets. I also don't need to buy the CHL playoff package.

I am saving money all over the place with this new regime!

So it was a close one is what you are telling me?

I on the other hand enjoyed a beautiful afternoon outside with some puttering in the yard and a little bit of early garden cleaning

Much nicer afternoon for me than sitting inside an arena to watch a debacle of a team get whomped (again). These poor players probably cannot wait to get outta this town!

I was checking my records after last nights game

I went to 15 games this year
Their record was 2-9-3-1 in those games
Outscored 65-38
The last time I actually saw the icedogs win a game I was at was November 25 lol

Had probably five games of wasted tickets where I couldn?t be bothered to watch this joke of a team

Gong Show Season 2.0 starts when the OHL priority selection starts April 21!

Meh, I got to hang out with some friends at the game. It was ok.

I will being doing the spring clean up gardening next weekend. Hope its nice out.

Finally it is a over can not see,Rosie on next year team he is awful. We had the shot advantage today .

Three overage defensemen for most of the year and a horrible defensive team who could not get the puck out of their own zone.
