Doubt it. He's AHL eligible if he doesn't make the team.

Brady Tkachuck was born in September of 1999, therefore, I believe that if he does not stick with Ottawa, the AHL is not an option, therefore, he would play this season for the Evil Empire.

I’d be shocked if he’s not in London this year ....

Do I have this all wrong?

He is AHL eligible because he was drafted to the NHL out of the NCAA not the CHL. The CHL/NHL agreement means nothing when the player is drafted from a league outside of the CHL.

Having said that, itís highly unlikely that heíll be in the AHL. Teams just donít put 18 year old kids there. My guess...he gets his nine game tryout with the Sens, then ends up in London.

Once again. Thank you for my forgetfulness.

The draft wonít change because the CHL wants the best players playing in the CHL only way it changes is if (insert GMs name here) does what JB did with Halliday take a swing hope he comes to your team if he does great for you and your team if he doesnít oh well at least London or whatever other team didnít get him and if they want him you made them pay for him

Yes I know all this

It’s just such a joke

If this turns out to be the Dogs year and if they somehow manage to make it to the finals ... let’s just hope the opponent is not ........ (again)

Awe címon Strohs, didnít you know ?

London Free Press 2016 - David Branch has no problem with the London Knights playing in four of the last five Memorial Cups. ďI donít think itís bad for our league at all. If nothing else, the Knights really push other teams to grow, expand and improve their programs. My hats are off to the Hunters and Co.Ē
