Default Kitchener Fires Coach

Well if we only knew Martys plans as to whether he will be back coaching or staying just as GM maybe this would be a coach to look at. Took Kitchener to 6th place in a rebuilding year. Any thoughts on Troy Smith as head coach.

No thanks. I would consider Sarnia's coach before him although I read somewhere Sudbury is already making a move to try and get him. Marty will be back to resume all duties though. Just my opinion.

If we were looking for a coach he would be worth consideration however as it stands, there is nothing to indicate that Marty will not be back as coach and GM. I would just as soon keep Marty as long as his health allows him to do the job...if that suffers because of the stress of the job then by all means we can talk about a replacement but right now it is too premature. Go Dogs Go and
Go Marty Go.

Imo, Marty will not be able all duties.
He will be GM or coach.

Have you had an update on Marty's condition...I have not heard anything that would indicate what you are suggesting. Why don't we wait and see what happens before giving his job to someone else.

So what does the fans not liking the coach have to do with his firing. We have fans on our site that don't like Marty but he is still here. We as fans have nothing to do with coaches because if the owners let fans have a say we would never find the right coach for our team because every fan has a different oppinion of the coaches out there.
