We won the Canada summer games 2021 prob basketball at the meridian not sure of volleyball new court for the River Lions I think too

Actually it's a pretty big deal that we got it. It will be fun to watch, will bring a lot of money to Niagara and a number of new facilities will be built or current facilities upgraded which we can use after the Games are over. I am certainly looking forward to it.

And how much is that going to cost the average taxpayer.

We won't find out now.

We will find out after the fact when the games are over budget and lose money.

Love to know exactly what infrastructure they will be building that we 'need'.

Ok, don't worry about that.

The Federal government and Province government kick in a lot of the money. Remember, these games were happening somewhere, your tax dollars were paying for it whether it was in Sudbury or Ottawa.

When this is all over, there will be a new stadium at Brock and upgrades to facilities all over the Region. Places that you might even care about.
