Why is Roberts on the Ice to start any overtime?

You are joking right? Akil Thomas is probably one of the most humble people you will ever meet. Cocky, and wanting to be in the spotlight are the most inaccurate statements about someone I have ever read. Have you ever met the young man? He is one of the most down to earth, accommodating, people you will ever meet.

As fans were lucky that after every game our players meet and greet fans, sign autographs, etc afterwords.

Maybe stay after one game, and meet the second round NHL drafted player, that started his own business at the age of 13, and oh yeah is also plus-22 on the season.

I'm sure he is a really nice kid but I don't care about the off ice stuff. I'm talking about on ice. I'm sure you liked it in the Erie game when he was on the ice and Erie scored and he just skated away and slammed his stick into the boards shook his head and skated to the bench. That's what im talking about. And no it's not a crazy statement because everyone see things different and when this team calls someone a great player the fans suck it up and that player can do no wrong.

This 3 on 3 OT hockey only tell us, that they suck at 3 on 3 hockey - for what it's worth!

It also tells you that the coaching staff can't make adjustments.

Easy answer is his speed teams could end up with a lot of odd man rushes/breakaways so it’s probably best to have your fastest D out there
