The sad thing is they could have 2 farm teams to groom and develop players. No team has that. Sending players to B or tier 2 is fine but you can actually dictate how they are used and start teaching them your systems when it's your team. Teach them how to work out and how to eat right. If he wants to be mister big shot perhaps hiring a high end GM and high end staff for all 3 teams would be a start. Next thing I would do is look into sending all the high school aged kids to Ridley. It would be a major selling feature.

Who is going to pick up the tab for Ridley? $$$$

On a bad note don’t know much details but the GOHL game in Lasale stoped with little over 12 minutes when a London National player got hurt on a hit from behind taken away in ambulance.
