Hire a good former NHLer with coaching experience to be your head coach.

Hire a good former NHLer to be your GM / President.

Do not promise to pay $1M for naming rights to a street and then reneg on the deal.
Do not get caught paying players under the table. Do not say sexist things in group chats.


Win two championships in 5 seasons.

Andy Bezeau is one of my top 5 favourite junior players. Absolute nut job that could beat the crap out of anyone, or knock your teeth out with his stick, and at the same time could score 20 goals. The story of how he made the Thunder is awesome.
