Beauty goal by nicedawg's nephew. Anyone seen Akil Thomas lately? He has been the invisible man out there.

I've been wondering if there is a nagging injury or two there... He doesn't appear to be 100%. Doesn't seem to have the hustle he had coming out of the summer.

At this point in the season everyone in the league is probably dealing with something

Boo him all you want. Certainly fair game. Give him the Lessio treatment.

To advocate for someone to be knocked unconscious is...let's just say - wrong, and I'll leave it at that.
Sorry, but it was only meant as a “figure of speech”. I’ll paraphrase it to be more politically correct .

“I would appreciate if some (new) member of the IceDogs would take the time to engage Mr. Lochead, in their next meeting, and allow him to defend his actions in manner that best suits this unfortunate situation that has transpired. And when the dispute has been resolved may the two combatants maintain excellent health and be ushered to a place of safe refuge.”

Nothing about political correctness. Just plain human decency. I see you're well versed in sarcasm.

I was thinking the same thing against Hamilton. If you watch his actions, he absolutely will not do the dirty work right now. He shies away from any form of contact. He routinely lets the other teams player beat him to the puck and then just swings his stick to try and knock the puck away. If he has the puck on his stick and someone is bearing down on him, he makes a quick pass / dump and braces for impact. I hope it is just a lingering effect from his previous injury and he shakes it off as he regains his health. My fear is that he is psychologically scared of getting hit and re-injured. I really hope I am wrong and he'll be good to go after the break.

There is no way in hell we are going to the Mem. cup. If we get past Ottawa, a full squad in London will bury us. I love our dogs but we should have been able to handle London last night with all their players missing.

I have never seen that style of play from him. All I see is the lazy back check and the fancy puck moves that result in nothing.
