Really? Protapovich wasn't anything special to me. Probably was only on the team because he was an import. Marginally better than Kopta. Definitely replaceable IMHO

I thought Proto really looked lost/out of place at times this past year. I figured maybe it was b/c of a steep learning curve. He did seem to have some good raw skills, but I thought his departure from the team was one that could easily be recovered from. The Dogs have yet to find their Ovechkin or Mogilny.
