The Niagara IceDogs have released the schedule for all training camp scrimmages, which will be open to the public for viewing. Fans can enter the Meridian Centre through the Rankin Bridge entrance.


Public scrimmages begin Tuesday, August 29th, and conclude Thursday, August 31st, at the Meridian Centre. All camp attendees will be placed on four teams, Team Red, Team Black, Team White, and Team Grey.

The schedule for all games is as follows:

Tuesday, August 29th, 2017:

1:00-2:15 pm: Game 1 (White vs Black)

2:30 – 3:45pm: Game 2 (Red vs Grey)

5:30 – 6:45pm: Game 3 (White vs Grey)

7:00 – 8:15pm: Game 4 (Black vs Red)



Wednesday, August 30th, 2017:

9:00 – 10:30am: Game 5 (Red vs White)

10:45 – 12:15pm: Game 6 (Black vs Grey)

4:00 – 5:30pm: Game 7 (White vs Black)

6:00 – 7:30pm: Game 8 (Red vs Grey)



Thursday, August 31st, 2017:

9:00 – 10:15am: Game 9 (Seed #3 vs Seed #4)

11:00 – 12:00pm: Game 10 (Seed #1 vs Seed #2)

7:00-9:00pm: Black and White Game

It will be interesting to watch the backup battle assuming Kraws Macdonald and Sbaraglia all come to camp. I think the forwards are competing for 1 or 2 4th line spots along with however many scratches they will have. As for the D I actually have no idea how that will go
