Or you restore the Niagara as a competitive team and attract new talent to report. I like what they are doing with the off-ice conditioning - one of my biggest gripes is that the IceDogs looked and played tired and disinterested. If the players are in shape and actually learn some plays, we could win games this year.

They better win games with the players they brought in no matter who the coaches are or what the play style is

Look on the bright side of things. If anyone gets injured they have a few guys from that team to fill in.

The sad thing is they could have 2 farm teams to groom and develop players. No team has that. Sending players to B or tier 2 is fine but you can actually dictate how they are used and start teaching them your systems when it's your team. Teach them how to work out and how to eat right. If he wants to be mister big shot perhaps hiring a high end GM and high end staff for all 3 teams would be a start. Next thing I would do is look into sending all the high school aged kids to Ridley. It would be a major selling feature.
