And that’s sorta how I feel, kids.. I want hockey to come back so bad. I think the Dogs would have had a really good finish to the season, and by now, we’d normally be just giddy to see what next season was/is going to bring. With the talent this team has now, you add Pano Fimis to the pile, and I think the Dogs would be poised to take some serious steps forward.
Add to that Tucker Tynan in goal, wow is this next season going to be a lot of fun. I think we haven’t really even seen yet what Cam Butler’s going to bring to the mix. This is his draft year, I believe, so man, would it be nice to see him hit 40 or 50 goals. And hopefully Fimis can pick up where Butler leaves off when Butler moves on. I really hope a vaccine is found, or even just a treatment for COVID really soon. Can you imagine the economic boom that’s going to happen once COVID-19 is gone? Go Dogs Go, and I hope everybody is heathy and safe in your own doghouses ![]() |

Problem is after you pay the post Covid-19 taxes the Government(s) are going to charge us to replenish the money they have paid out, you may not be able to afford the tickets.

If they borrow 250 Billion. They need to raise the HST about half a penny to handle the interest for the next 30 years. So if they go with a 1 or 2 cent raise in sales taxes its all covered. So really, not that high of a cost. We are lucky we are borrowing at a near zero interest rate. That is for sure. ![]()

Would you rather have millions of people without money across the entire country ? This is a once in a hundred year (hopefully) worldwide catastrophe We should all Be thankful we live in a country such as this, wonder what the medical bills are for the people down in the states who end up hospitalized with the covid ... Sure they will raise taxes they will have to go pay for the BILLIONS they have given away... they have to .... they can borrow at low rates for a while to carry the costs but rates won?t be this low for thirty years ... If the CONS were in charge the filthy rich would?ve got all the money and tax breaks and the menial working man would be out of luck Crazy times for sure! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I do expect a tax increase. Like I said earlier, just one cent added to the HST will cover the Interest and some of the debt. Which is locked in for 30 years at around 1%. But it may be two cents to pay it off faster. I predict one cent on the HST next year.

Imagine the number of landlords that would be going bankrupt today if a million Canadians didn't have the CERB to pay rent.
