I am afraid that you may be right. It was written here a while back by a member that early December might be the time, but , now January seems a safer bet unfortunately.

There was a suggestion years ago to eliminate Divisions/Conferences and have every team play two home/away games against every other team for 76 games and level the playing field, top 16 teams go to playoffs. This new suggestion is just half of that.

Just a hint of 38 games sounds intriguing - or at least a hint of some play - anything to hold onto - I miss it!
