I dont get it
My guess, they don't want to compete with the Leafs. Because it makes little sense. I love Saturday night games too. Have we ever had a Saturday afternoon game?

I too am not a fan of the Sunday afternoon game; I would like a time similar to Oshawa game time of 6:05 pm instead.

Saturday afternoon games would not work for me at all. Other commitments would come into play plus, once again, I prefer evening games.

But that is just me.

I do not think the Leafs affected our crowds and yes last season March 17 against Missy

I don’t mind the Thursday games my attendance won’t change because of it but IMO weekend games Friday-Sunday are the best for the team attendance wise

That would not surprise me one bit.

I am probably one of the few people here that like the Sportsnet games. They help me work on my patience and tolerance agenda. LOL
All good either way it goes.

When we have these SN games with the delays, why doesn't the broadcaster just tape the portion & let the game carry on, then in the back room splice in the remaining part. Seems like a no brainer.
