Default The "For Sale" Rumour

So what if an ownership group got together and offered to buy the dogs...and we're told that any sale would have the stipulation that both boys would have to be guaranteed their jobs for a minimum of 5 years..what do we think about that scenario?

Pretty sure I saw in the summer from the insider something like that has already happened and whoever the group was said no. If it was me I’d I’ll keep them for 5 years just not in the current roles

I can’t imagine anyone would spend that kind of $$$ on a franchise and then be forced to keep those clowns running the show

That actually happened a few years ago. Big wig from Newmarket offered to buy the team, his son played in OHL also. The sticking point was what role if any BB2 and JB1 would have with the new team.

If the pigs had flown, that's about the only way a new owner would agree to that deal. Maybe it would also include friend of the family new head scout having to have a job as well
