Stumbled across this. I guess he used up his education package and moved on from hockey...

The curious story of Chris Festarini,
Traded to Erie for a change of scenery.
To be "number one" is what he aspired,
But he was just average and then he retired.
So now he sells real estate in the Big Smoke,
Hope his ego improved or he will go broke.

Boo hoo... there wasn't a wet eye in the forum when he left. He was an ok back-up goalie who thought he was better. In Erie he remained an ok goalie. Now he is an adult and has a good job and probably has a sense of humour too.

Whatever you wish to think. Your mind was made up a long time ago.

That's true, when he demanded to be the starter or he wanted a trade, my mind was made up. My mind told me he was not the better goalie and I was glad they traded him. Are you saying he was the better goalie and we should have kept him? Or are you actually agreeing with what I think?
