Most complete game of the season from the Dogs. The game wasn’t nearly as close as the score. Petes goalie kept them in the game.

I wouldnt say they barely showed up..they had a strong start but have tapered off. Just like Sudbury take the goalie out of the equation and the teams are nothing more than average

Like what has be said above, great win and played 60 minutes.

Hate to throw vinegar on the game but, we have BREAKING NEWS!!!!!
"Our power play is non existent and sucks big time"

Memo to Coach Billy: When we get a power play opportunity Coach..........

Send out the 4th line as they look better than the 5 guys on the number one penalty line.

Good news though is that we got the two points and a cheeseburger tomorrow for lunch

Ok, I'll say it... we still don't have a power-play. Five forwards for 75 seconds can't score and if the puck gets in Niagara's zone it's tough to clear. The IceDogs played better 5 on 5.

Dillon had a great game, he saw nearly every shot and was positioned well for the rest. He earned that donut.

Ham was amazing tonight, superior effort!

Robertson was still a bit iffy at times, but I am happier to see him back.

Offensively, I'd be happier with one less pass in favour of one more shot.

Besides a shift here and there they weren’t good (meaning Peterborough)

the numbers do not support your statement. A good PP clicks at 25 %, the Dogs are at 22 %. Bask in the thought the Knights are a lowly 10%, which would meet your description.

"Our power play is non existent and sucks big time"

Everytime those five player come on the ice, we know that the same things will happen.
Get the puck, slow the pace down to a crawl, pass the puck around the perimeter, make a terrible soft backhand pass which turns into a giveaway. The Petes dump the puck into our end and then, their players almost beat us to the puck, the goalie saves us again.

Get the puck back and slowly skate up the ice and repeat the steps above over and over.
The result, Zero goals on a couple of shots from the outer perimeter. Yawn...
Over and out.
I really like the idea of putting Bukac in front of the net though.
