Everytime our team gets a powerplay, my stress level and heart beat goes through the roof, just waiting for the unspeakable to happen again.
I’d “crown” our PP as very good regardless of the short handed goals it’s junior hockey you should always be a little worried every time the team steps out on the ice cause it’s a league of mistakes and they are kids one day you can look great the next you don’t (by the way looked it up after it was talked about on IDTW last time this team went to the final which they hope to do again they ended the reg season with 14 shorties against that was second in the league and east they gave up 5 in the playoffs so it sucks and needs correcting but isn’t the end of the world)

It’s official - teams have watched enough video of the IceDogs PP – that they are fully aware (and prepared) for that bumper pass and shot play. It’s not there as often as it once was.

It can still work but not if it’s the only thing you are trying set up each time. We rarely see the one time shot from the off wings anymore (Robertson, Maksimov, Thomas or Castleman)?

IceDogs need to add a few more options to the PP for the playoffs.

Good coaches usually have more options then just the same old same old. But that's just my so called expert opinion. We need more dimensions then just 1.. Maybe they are saving something special for the playoffs

Speaking for myself, this topic is like a merry-go-round that keeps coming back around for another kick LOL
Done with it.
All good and time to think about the Colts.
