Brantford would be an interesting choice... Chatham (too close to London/Windsor), and Newmarket ( just ugh... Another 'Toronto' team? ) seem like they'd be more trouble than they're worth.

Truthfully, would rather the Petes work out a deal to just stay put... Too much history, and all that good stuff. Hope the fans get back behind them again... You never know what you have, until you don't anymore...

I truly believe that at the end of the day, everything will work out for the Petes and they will remain in that City for many years to come.
Icing better teams would really help with the terrible attendance though.

We thought the same in Niagara Falls, but an aging building and lack lustre performance drove our attendance down and the team management was not equipped to fix it. It will be hard for a municipality to do without $350k a year (or the $1M).

We shall see what we shall see about the future.

The Bulls wanted major renovations done at the rink as to where the Petes are suggesting that the team and the City to make some financial changes to the lease agreement.
Maybe the Petes could gain some revenue from the concessions and the parking lot.

You don't think the rink and amenities would be next in Peterborough?
