Default Sam Miletic to Niagara

London and Niagara seem to be trading partners....Nice addition, and I hope that the cost was not an over payment.

I just read that we get the player and a 3rd round pick.
Going to London are 3- 2nd round picks and a 3rd round.

Not sure what I think of this deal, Way more expensive than I thought it would be.

We have heard that they did not want to hinder any plans for next season,,, Confused to say the least,
But once again,,,, In Joey we trust.

I agree dogs 777. Not as though a pill as I though at first... .Still..... In Joey we trust.

Going to London is our 2nd pick in 2018
2nd pick in 2024
2nd pick in 2025

3rd pick in 2022

In return from London along with the said player is a 3rd round pick in 2018.

Really stupid trade IMO. Why waste the assets and why trade futures to London? This move doesn't make any sense IMO. He's a nice add but I just don't see the point. Hoping to grab some extra playoff revenue perhaps?

Lajeunesse would have been a nice option for cheap. Went for a 5th.

Stupid trade? You add an overage guy who scored 37 goals last year and had 55 points he already has 54 points this year in 30 less games so the price is going to be higher and who really didnít give up one of your picks until 2022 by time those picks happen youíll probably have a pick in that round back

There's nothing wrong with the player or what they gave up. If they're planning a run next year they needed those assets. Short term I like this move and can't wait to watch him but it's not a great move if they're planning on going for it next year or the year after.

How though a player with those stats sure get that return and with the picks we actually gave up (not counting the 2nd this year cause itís not ours) by the time we get to 2022 weíll likely have a pick that year from someone
