Papais out for Keane in I think was a big detriment to this team, if you were to ignore the waste of draft picks associated. When you consider that it is even worse.

The team now has three OA d and nine of them really all that talented at putting the puck in the net and last time I checked only two D are on the ice at the same time ?. You take away the OA fwd who seems to be able to score .

Totally nonsensical idiotic move

I know it was said at the time but still

Papais is making it look even more awful

Who cares? We know the GM will get fleeced and the results won't change. He's in over his head at the Jr.B and Tier 2 level, let alone the OHL level.

Even if you got the greatest GM on the planet in here tomorrow, it'll take them a couple of years to fix the damage he's done.

That is my concern. It’s obvious DeDobbelaer likes to be involved in the hockey operations. Would he let a GM do his thing without interference?

My guess is we would not get a bona fide GM to come in here and work under this clown because of the potential interference
