You may have seen plenty of Brassard’s games to formulate an informed opinion, but you clearly have not seen enough of Mattinen. Sorry.

In the end...it didnt work out so of course we feel we over paid! But guys and girls, we went for it! It was a great season and an exciting playoffs...had we not run into a super hot goalie (which happens all the time and not just to us) it would have been a different story. I for one am still happy we went for it and thank management for that. Depending on who ends up in the minor pros next year, we may not field such a bad team. And if they are young, we enjoy watching them grow and develop and hopefully recoup some picks for our veterans. I am fine with finishing last as long as the effort is there and the development continues. Second place is just the first loser! Go for it again when we have the chance. Go dogs!
