It is most likely very hard to attract big acts to St. Kitts being that it is competing with a lot of large venues such as the ACC in Toronto, First Performance in Hamilton, not to mention Buffalo with it's rink.
Also have to compete against both Casino's in Niagara Falls ON and NY.
The K-Rock centre in Kingston will hold events such as Riverdance for example and will also have Bob Dylan in July.
Their nearest competion would be a few hours away in Toronto and Ottawa.
It is a completely different situation here in Niagara because of all the other options within an hours drive.
I would, however, be very happy if the Meridian could book more acts down the road.
