The earlier they trade them the greater the return Without a 2019 first they are going to need to maximize the value of their other assets Which means maximizing the value of Thomas and Tomasino in a trade ,which means trading them earlier in the year, which means even worse performance next year. Really don’t we how this team makes the playoffs next year with its total lack of draft picks and massive player graduation ... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I trade both of them shortly after Christmas when there value goes through the roof. I also move any player returning from NHL camps prior to the Christmas break. |

We may not have a first round pick for the 2019 draft -- but when we trade Thomas and Tomasino, it now will become more critical to get a team's first round pick (like how we gave up Moore in getting Studnicka) with the picks that we give. We still could end up with a pair of 2019 first round draft picks and a really high 2020 first round draft pick. The future isn't barren, but we will have to hit homeruns with our picks.
I did see someone/some people as if this was why Marty doesn't have another job in the CHL. I would be shocked if it was. Even if this was solely his doing with promises made (and that's a massive IF), it's not like when he goes for job interviews he's going to say that's why he was let go and it's not like the Icedogs are going to say "we let him go because we found out about recruiting violations that we hope the league doesn't find out about and punishes us for". Who was it in relation to? It's unlikely a star, it's somebody spurned. The deal would be between either the owners or executives and the player. The owner is never going to speak about it and the player would have no reason to unless they were spurned. |

Money wise, Marty and family did not have to worry as Marty still had one year left on his contract with Niagara. Shortly there after, Brock called on him and hired him as their interim hockey head coach. That's it for me. |

Wondering why they get first pick back in 2020 and forgo in 2021 it also said it was somle requirement policies again the Leauge is vague and what is the third party the player agent family or another team.
